The ideal Strategic Account Manager at Boho should have a proven track record in managing high-value, long-term client relationships and a deep understanding of client needs across diverse industries. You must be an excellent communicator, capable of fostering trust and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your role will involve actively managing and nurturing client accounts from initial discussions to post-delivery follow-ups, ensuring that all projects are executed flawlessly. Strong organizational skills are essential, as you will be overseeing the coordination of multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. Additionally, the ability to provide strategic insights and creative recommendations tailored to client goals is paramount to this role. You will need to excel at negotiating contracts, preparing reports, and delivering presentations, all while maintaining a focus on exceeding client expectations and driving long-term business growth.
A background in design (such as graphic design, UI/UX, or similar creative fields) is a key requirement for this position, as you will be expected to contribute creatively to client solutions. Whether it’s refining visual concepts, suggesting design improvements, or collaborating with our design team to ensure project outcomes align with client visions, your creative input will be vital. You should have a keen eye for design detail and be able to balance client requirements with aesthetic sensibility. The role will also require a proactive approach to problem-solving, managing feedback, and resolving any issues quickly and effectively. A solid understanding of both client relationship management and design processes will ensure you can seamlessly integrate creative solutions with business strategies, making this a truly impactful role within the company.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients
- Oversee end-to-end execution of client projects, from initial discussions through to delivery
- Provide tailored solutions and strategic recommendations to clients based on their needs and goals
- Leverage your design expertise to assist in conceptualizing and refining creative ideas that align with client expectations
- Regularly update clients on project status, deliverables, and timelines
Must Have
- Proven experience as a Strategic Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of client requirements and a track record of managing large, high-value accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
