As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various operational tasks, from managing logistics and inventory to streamlining business processes. You will work closely with different departments to ensure that operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the company’s goals. Your role will involve identifying and resolving operational issues, improving workflows, and supporting the day-to-day functions that keep the business running smoothly.
You will act as a key liaison between different teams, ensuring timely delivery of products or services, managing schedules, and maintaining a high level of service quality. By helping to implement operational strategies and process improvements, you will play a critical role in enhancing productivity and supporting the overall growth and success of the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet operational goals and deadlines
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase productivity
- Assist with vendor management and maintain good vendor relationships
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in operations, logistics, or a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on operational excellence and quality control.
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Strong understanding of supply chain management or logistics processes
- Experience with vendor negotiations and contract management
- Familiarity with quality control processes and standards
